Return & Refund Policy

Terms of Returns

  • We offer 14 days return policy. If 14 days have gone by since you received the product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging if not the customer had to bear the cost.
  • Customer had to bear the shipping charges for return which would be Rs.90 per order.
  • In case the customer wants to exchange the current product with another product or the same product but a different variant/size, the customer has to bear the shipping charges of Rs 135.
  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Such as customized products as you can imagine, personalized items have been made specifically as per your requirements, which is why they are not eligible for refund. If you received a damaged product. We can provide exchange for it.

     

    Terms of Refund

    • Damaged/Missing product shall not be refunded, we can provide you exchange for it (if applicable)
    • Damaged/Missing items must be reported/emailed within 48 hours of receipt with photos attached to your return request. If not reported within 48 hours, we will not issue replacements. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear to items purchased and will not issue a new item outside of the 48 hours’ window of receiving the item. 
    • Refunds for Returns: Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
      Once your return is received (Which take 5-7 working days) and inspected which might take 2-3 business days, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. In case of cash on delivery order, we will contact you for your refund details. The whole process might take 10-12 business days.

Please note that insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering with the packet may result in your claim not being honoured. In all such cases, the brand reserves the right to take the final decision.

     

     Terms of Exchange

    • If you have received an incorrect item, please issue an exchange request within 48 hours of receiving your order with a picture of the items and packing slip.
    • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

     

    HOW TO REGISTER A RETURN/EXCHANGE REQUEST? (If applicable)

    • Please call us/mail us on our customer care (+91 9391327696 (Mon-Sat 11am to 7pm) or help@ethicalsilver.com) along with your order details and ask them to initiate the return/exchange request.
    • Once they do initiate it will be picked within 48 working hours
    • In case the Reverse order (i.e., pick up service) is not available on your pin code, you had to send the product to us. We will provide you the address.
    • Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
    • Once your return is received, the quality will be checked. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of being unused and returned within 3 days.
    • For COD ORDER, you will be asked for UPI I’d for refund and for PREPAID ORDER, Refund will be done via the same payment method with which you had made the payment in the first place.
    • Please allow a maximum of 12-15 business days for the return process to be completed.
    • In case of exchange, once the product got picked then you have to inform us by contacting us on +91 9391327696 (Mon-Sat 11am to 7pm) or  help@ethicalsilver.com and we will dispatch the exchange on the same day.

    We advise you not accept any order if our seal is broken or the box is unsealed at the time of delivery – these orders will not be accepted if returned.
